Return Policies

1. What is a return?

It is to return the product in its original condition and within the specified time-period after arriving to our warehouse and passing the quality check, the bank account of the customer where the request was made will receive the refunded amount.


2. How do I apply for a return?

Contact us on WhatsApp and provide us with the order number, the type of product to return, and the reason for return.


3. What are the conditions for accepting returns requests?

The following conditions apply to all products except for food products, which are non-returnable items (coffee, matcha, chocolate, sauces).

· Within 14 days of receiving the order, the customer must apply for a return.

· The product should be unused and not exposed to any damage or dirt.

· The product should not be partially or wholly damaged, or its serial numbers, labels, or any shortage of accessories is removed.

· The product must be returned in the same condition as the recipient including the original carton of the producing company and the protective carton of the original carton (Riyadh Roaster Carton), before sending them to the shipping company, make sure to tighten their closure.


4. If you return a product that does not meet one of the conditions for acceptance of the return?

We are sorry that the return request will not be accepted, and the product will be shipped back to you again with the cost of the shipment calculated at 20 SAR or you can receive it from the factory.


5. Is there a return fee?

Yes, there is a return fee of 20 SAR deducted from the value of the refunded amount.


6.How long does it take to receive the refund to my bank account?

It takes 14 working days and counts from passing the product for quality check.


 7.If the customer does not receive the order after it has been shipped?

The Riyadh roaster will return the refunded amount of products in 3 working days after receiving the shipment from the shipping company, And (20 SAR) will be deducted from the refunded amount.


8.if there is a factory defect in the tools?

If there is a factory defect in the tools, please contact us to provide you with company agent information.


9.If there is a missing item?

We're sorry, and the missing item will be sent after making sure the missing item is proven by the customer.


10.If loyalty points are used, can the application be modified?

If loyalty points are used, the request cannot be edited, deleted, or added more items, or changed the customer address.


Exchange policies:

1. If you have any concerns about your coffee product, please contact us via WhatsApp or email after 30 days from the roasting date indicated on the bottom of the coffee package. We will provide you with the recommended brewing instructions. If you follow the instructions and still have issues, you should send the product to Arriyadh Roaster, paying a shipping fee of 20 SAR. We will inspect the quality, and if the issue is confirmed, we will replace the product with the same product.


2. To replace a tool, please contact us via WhatsApp or email. We will then issue a return label for you. Take the tool to the nearest shipping company that works with Arriyadh Roaster and pay a shipping fee of 20 SAR. The replacement product will be shipped only after we receive and inspect the returned item. 


3. If there is a price difference between the replaced product and the new one, you will need to pay the difference or receive a refund for the difference. Once this is settled, we will ship the new product.

5.Are there any customs fees associated with international shipping?

Yes, customs fees may apply. Arriyadh Roaster is not responsible for any additional charges collected by customs after international shipping. The customer is solely responsible for covering these costs.
